What is Lactation Support?

Lactation consults can cover simple or complex lactation issues including latch and positioning, pumping and bottle feeding or supply concerns. All consults include a customizable, unique care plan to help you manage any recommendations given. I will do my best to help you solve your issues in as few visits as possible but lactation issues are complicated and may require more than one visit.
You may qualify for insurance-covered lactation support through Aetna or The Lactation Network!

Pumping Consult

While nursing your baby can be a challenge, learning to use your pump correctly is a different issue. This session will cover flange fitting, pump settings, pumping schedules and other things you need to know about pumping. This is perfect for someone who is planning to, or already is exclusively pumping, and folks who are getting ready to go to work away from their baby.
